Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We have a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
How To Return
We are happy to provide a full refund if your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with any relevant tags. Pack item securely in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately as a start-up brand we cannot offer free returns and we ask you to send the parcel back keeping your receipt and tracking details, take a photo of it and email this to us so we can keep track of it too.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When you send a mail to inform us of the faulty or wrong item sent, please send us photos to help us evaluate the problem quickly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges and accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the return is approved and if not why. Once the refund is approved, you will receive it on your original payment method and this is usually with 5-10 business days, but this can also depend on your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

Exchanges
To process this as quickly as possible and to ensure you get the item you want instead, contact us by email and request a return explaining the issue. Once the return is accepted, we will we send you instructions on how to return the item you have. Make a separate new order for the item you want. Â
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
